ABOUT
PROJECT WORKSHOPS
Project Workshops is a complex of sixteen workshops and studios dedicated to the arts and the promotion of progressive arts-based businesses.
Since its inception in 1988, Project Workshops has been host to an exciting mix of artists and craftspeople working in diverse materials and disciplines including painting, ceramics, sculpture, furniture making, glass making, stone carving and knife making; there has even been a music recording studio here.
Following major expansion in 2009, PW added its own purpose-built bronze sculpture casting foundry and new workspaces, which now include a landscape garden designer, a printmaker and a studio dedicated to yoga, dance and wellbeing. At the heart of all this creative activity is the beautiful courtyard garden, which also acts as part time gallery for special exhibitions of sculpture by resident and visiting sculptors.
STUDIOS AVAILABLE
Our sought-after studios are available by assured short term tenancy. We are completely full at the moment, but if you would like to join the waiting list for studio space at Project Workshops, please leave your details here and we will send you information about the workshops and how to apply.
